Author W.H. Mosley: Bill Mosley was formerly Senior Teaching Fellow at the School of Civil and Structural Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.Author J.H Bungey: John is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. His career has encompassed design, construction, research, teaching and consultancy related to Reinforced and Prestressed concrete. He has more than 40 years of teaching experience and his research has led to more than 150 published papers and book chapters as well as a textbook on Testing Concrete in Structures. John has also served as a member or chair of many relevant national and international committees.
